“We, Dawnie and I, started this Podcast as a joint venture due to our endless passion for yoga, and not necessarily the physical side of yoga.
We’ve both practiced yoga on the mat for years but it’s been over the last 6 years of teaching that my practice has become equal between yoga on the mat and off it.
Yoga has show me its incredible and endless depths and the impact it can have in ‘normal’ life. Yoga has impacted the way I handle stress and change as well as relationships and even my businesses.
Dawn and I can talk for hours on the concepts behind yoga and how they help us be happier, feel freer and cope with the day to day ups and downs, so we decided to start recording these conversations to share our own personal journey into the philosophies behind the yoga poses so you can start to experience and enjoy them too.” – Alex
